International School Sport Federation (ISF) and BWF delivered a variety of badminton activities (competition, activation and development) at the 2nd ISF U15 Gymnasiade 2023–World School Sport Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 19-27 August. The activities were a success with the support of experts from Badminton Pan Am and Confederacao Brasileira de Badminton (CBBD).
ISF and BWF have long been collaborating in various areas but with the launch of the ISF Academy in February, both organisations prioritised delivering more educational activities emphasising on the importance of physical activity. This is to enhance the national level engagement and support schoolkids’ sports participation and education using Shuttle Time and AirBadminton.
